Ms. Akanksha Kathuria is an accomplished academician with over 16 years of teaching and research experience in Marketing and Management. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Management and Commerce, K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from JC Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA Faridabad, Ms. Kathuria also holds an MBA, an MA in English Literature, and an MA in Yoga. She is certified in Digital Marketing, POSH, and Yoga Trainer.

Ms. Kathuria has published extensively in Scopus- and ABDC-indexed journals and has authored a book titled An Introductory Approach to Research Methodology. Her research spans green marketing, consumer behavior, AI applications, and sustainable mobility. In addition to academics, she has conducted Management Development Programs (MDPs) and corporate training in Digital Marketing and Workplace Wellness for reputed organizations. She also holds three patents, reflecting her innovative approach to applied research.She serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Research in Business Management and is actively engaged in community service and wellness initiatives.
