Prof. Dr. Maninder Kaur is presently working as Director Guru Nanak Institute of Management,   one of the prestigious and ‘A’ ranked Institute affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She is crowned Ph.D in Management marking a rich experience of over 18 years of academics and 12 years of Administrative work that adds to her understanding the operational phase of an educational sphere. She has published and presented numerous research papers, contributed book Chapters in National and International conferences and Journals. She is an active member of International Association of commerce and Management (IACM). She is also listed on Advisory Board of many prominent Associations. She has been resource person and guest speaker on various diverse issues in universities across India. She was awarded best Speaker in the seminar organized by LIC 'Talking about issues and various behavioral pattern of customers'. Besides various awards and appreciations she has actively been participating in various social activities, student counseling sessions and NGO's assignments. In her passion to help and guide student fraternity, she has been actively coordinating & organizing various Career Guidance Fairs with more than 84 National and International Universities, Embassy’s Educational Bodies and Institutes, Educating students in collaboration with Indian Army in the area of Baramullah, J&K and many more. Her profile was selected to be among success stories of  Prominent Sikh Scholars & Educationist globally. 

As far as enhancing the pure academics scenario, through her various initiatives has been working through all pillar program in the areas of Faculty Development, Student Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Youth Empowerment, Industry-Institute Interaction, Digital Empowerment and Research & Publications to provide a holistic service to every stakeholder of the education ecosystem in developing the next generation of talent pool to make them industry ready employees, innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders.
