Dr. Juin Choudhury is currently Professor of MBA , former HOD of MBA Department of Acharya Institute of Technology/Head of Research Centre of MBA and  Director of Acharya School of Management in Bangalore. Prior joining to Acharya she was associate with in IIM-B. she has more than two decades of very rich experience as an academician in different B-Schools like  Jagdish Sheth School of Management former IFIM -B-School, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) Bangalore, IBS( ICFAI business school).
She is an alumnus of  IIT (ISM), Dhanbad. She has multiple research experience in Wage and Productivity analysis in Coal mines sector and Non-coal sector. research interests are organizational behavior, human resource management, performance management, incentive and reward management and employment laws.  subjects.She has published several research papers and articles (45+) in different refereed journals and magazines .She is the member of editorial board of few refereed journals. She has conducted research works and published several research papers. Attended and presented papers in various conferences, arranged summer training in different companies, reviewed academic articles for journals and attended and conducted various Faculty Development Programs.Conducted both National and International conferences with huge success. Conducted successfully 10 days Student Exchange Program for Budi Luhur University,  Indonesia.
She helped to designed HR policies  for few companies.
Remained Coordinator of Management research project, HR and Business communications and Students Activity at IBS-Bangalore. She is currently guiding three Ph.D Scholars under VT university, under the guidance of her one PhD student completed her PhD in 2017.
She introduced and taught 'Leadership in Action' a core subject for PGDM students in Acharya School of Management. 
Having travelled across the globe, she is fascinated to observe and study the impact of culture on people’s behavior and lifestyle which sets the context for managerial styles in global business setting. Taught almost 30+ subjects:

Research interest in the field on Management focusing mainly on HR/Industrial Relations. Recruitment and Selection, Performance management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Leadership and change management, Compensation Management, competency, work-life Balance , Productivity, Labor issues, job satisfaction, Emotional intelligence.
