Passionate, self-motivated and hard working, Presently working with Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS – Rohini) as Associate Professor and heading the PGDM (Retail Management) vertical. Having 15+ years of experience including academia and industry with core areas of teaching are Financial and Management Accounting, and Financial Management; Areas of research are financial inclusion, financial literacy, Digital payments, Fintech, technology in banking, blockchain, sustainable banking etc. I have published and presented several research papers in the National and International Journals and Conferences. The research paper titled: ‘Technology based Initiatives by Indian Commercial Banks towards Financial Inclusion’ was presented in the annual conference of IIM-Bangalore, and received the “Best Paper Award”. I have also been involved in conducting Management Development Programmes (MDPs) and training sessions for staff of Punjab and Sind Bank. I have attended several FDP’s and workshops, and organized several seminars and events in JIMS. I have also been involved in guiding the post graduate students for dissertations, research projects, and summer training projects.
