Summary of license is as below

Author is referred to the person who wishes to publish their original work on either the electronic or print media or both via Samvakti Journals.

Publisher would refer to Samvakti Journals, who will enable the author in publishing their work on electronic media, after the work done by Author is peer reviewed and accepted.

Peer review' refers to the process of subjecting an author’s manuscript or original work done to the scrutiny of other experts in the field prior to publication. The peer review process serves at a minimum to establish and maintain the scientific quality of published research.

By submitting the work to the Publisher, Author confirm that the work submitted by them is their original work no copyright Intellectual Property right of any individual and/or organization has been violated. All trademarks and references to other’s work is duly credited as per the usage agreement.

In case of any breach of any usage agreement, usage of license, trade mark or intellectual property it will be sole responsibility of the author and the publisher will un-publish the article where infringement has occurred.

The author pays a fee, called an SPC (Samvakti Publication Charges).

Article / Journal / Research paper as submitted by Author will be shared once approved for publication will be freely available over the internet to every one without any restriction.

By Submitting Article / Journal/ research paper or your work to Samvakti Journals you retain:

• Copyright of your work
• Patent trademark and other intellectual property rights.
• You can use your own article in the way any other person / entity would use your article.

Publisher would get following right of your work once published:

• An exclusive right to Publishing and promote your Article / Journal/ Research paper
• An exclusive right to share your Article / Journal/ research paper using various media and latest technologies.
• Right to enforce your copyright.

User / Readers of the article get the following right:

• Read, print and download your article.
• Redistribute or republish the final article in full or in partial in any form or media with due credit and citation provided for non commercial purpose.
• Use of text and data and its reference from your article for private use only.
