I am a MBA student at Kalinga University, currently deepening my expertise in business strategy, management, and organizational development. Alongside my academic journey, I am actively involved in research and am in the process of publishing a research paper, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence and contribution to the field of business studies. Research Interest: 

My research interest lies in exploring the strategic role of Human Resources in driving digital transformation within organizations. I am particularly focused on how HR practices, leadership, talent management, and organizational culture contribute to successful digital initiatives. Through my current research, I aim to understand the evolving responsibilities of HR in enabling innovation, enhancing employee adaptability, and aligning workforce capabilities with digital goals.
