I am James Mikel Harmon, from West Africa, Liberia. I hill from Harper City, Maryland County, Liberia. I’m currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and International Business Management at Kalinga University, Raipur City, Chhattisgarh, India.

I earned a bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA), Major Banking and Finance Minor Economics at the William VS Tubman University in Harper City, Maryland County, Liberia. A graduate of Our Lady of Fatima High School. I also earned an Advanced Diploma in Leadership Management from the Tuazama leadership school, Philadelphia, United States of America. 
A result driven professional with seven years of experience, possesses strong expertise in financial analysis, banking operation, international business strategies, skills in optimizing financial performance, risk management, and navigating global markets. Passionate about leveraging financial knowledge to drive business growth and sustainable financial solution.

Education is the key deliberate, systematic, and sustained effort to transmit, provoke or acquire knowledge, values, attitudes, skills or sensibilities as well as any learning that results from the effort[11] (Cremin, Public Education 27). How can people achieve this that do not have funds? But are academicians. The university needs to provide financial aid and scholarship to potential students that are in need.
